St. Patty's Day

Robyn & the kids came up and stayed with us a few weeks back (which happened to fall on St. Patricks Day). So in honor, we made green eggs, oatmeal, etc. for the kids that morning. Some took to it better than others!

Justin, not so sure

McKenna, I think will eat anything & lots of it!! Funny girl

Addie wasn't having it at first ~ but by the end of the day, she was asking for more green oatmeal!

Bree, sportin' her green & making tracks all over the yard

They all had a bath together in the big tub. They were a little freaked out by the jets though ~ hence Breanna's sad eyes ~ awww.

New neighbors

Addie was excited about our new neighbors moving in. I caught her one day playing "dinner" with them. She had gotten into the fridge and proceeded to serve them cracker & cheese sandwiches with tortillas. Tucker & T.J. didn't seem to mind (Addie calls him "P.J" by the way)

Hogle Zoo Trip

We met up with our friends, Heather & Kenny (that moved down south), at the zoo a few weeks back. It was so great to see them again. Kenny is one of Addie's bestest buds and she's missed him so much. They were adorable with their little matching doggie backpacks (which helped us keep tabs on them!).

Cute pregnant Heather with the kids (you can barely tell!)

Awww ~ even holding hands

So cute on the Elephant statue that makes the scary noises!

Sweet baby elephant. That's the first I've ever seen!

Momma was showing us some cool tricks!

Add & I even dressed in our animal prints in honor of the day!

Thanks for meeting us, Heather & Kenny!!

Dog-sitting Hunter

Cutter's new lil' bosom-buddy is Hunter. We had him for a few weeks while Dave's parents were on vacation. Luckily we had good weather so they were outside for the most part. They had a great time playing together & barking at everyone. Hunter was so funny ~ how he'd follow Addie up the jungle gym too! Haa haaa

Haircut & Preschool party

Addie's first hair cut in the salon. She was freaked out here but soon learned that it wasn't going to hurt her. The stylist asked how she wanted it styled & she said "pigtails". I wish we would've taken a pic of the "after" before we put it up, but oh well.

Some cute pics from Addie's preschool Christmas party. They sang to the parents & played instruments. Then they made different C-mas crafts.

My Birthday Babes

Dave and Addie had their b-days last month. Dave & I were able to have a little get-away to Salt Lake for the weekend. We stayed at a hotel down there. And went shopping, swimming & to dinner (at Tucanos, of course ~ our favorite Brazilian grill). He got to go "man" shopping for tools ~ which he enjoyed! And we both enjoyed having time away from the kiddos! Thanks Bill & Tam for watching the kids. Happy B-day Davey Babe! I feel so fortunate to have such an amazingly wonderful man in my life, as you! I love you!!

Addie had a sleep-over party (details on another post below)
Took them out to Red Robin for their birthday burgers & the lady didn't want to believe they both had a b-day on the same day. Whatever! But they got their burgers anyway. This was a pic from my cell phone (not the best)

Addie got to dress up & bring cupcakes to school for her special day :)

B-day Tea Party

Our friends, Stephanie & Harli, invited us for a special tea party on Addie's birthday. It was wonderful! So cute & dainty and the food was great. Loved it ~ Thanks Stephanie!

Party Time!! (Addie's 4th B-day)

Addie turned 4 this February!! Happy Birthday Babe! We decided to have a Mermaid Princess (swimming/sleep-over) Party with all the "little" cousins. It was a blast!! We ate pizza first then went swimming at a local indoor pool w/hot-tub. Dave was the life of the party. He came late & started all the water fights. Haaa haa! We had those dollar store water launchers & he was drenching everyone!

Then we came back to the house for cake & to open presents. After that we did a little dancin'. And the kiddos wound down to watch some movies while us adults played some games. The next morning, Dave cooked up some pancakes & bacon for breakfast. It was all so much fun!! I'm glad we did it! Thanks for coming, everyone.
